The JEPAA is an art organization that contributes to the exchange of art and the development of long-lasting friendships.

We are an art organization that promotes the exchange of art between European countries and Japan with a side focus on other countries as well. Through art, we strive to create a cross-national exchange by inviting artists from various ethnicities to our exhibitions, allowing these artists and our visitors to create a dialogue about each other’s cultures and creative activities.

2025 IN PARIS

Exposition d’Œuvres d’artistes japonais et parisiens

Invitation à la rencontre d’œuvres d’art traditionnelles et contemporaines de créateurs des deux pays, le JAPAN ART FESTIVAL 2025 IN PARIS présente 289 œuvres de disciplines multiples : calligraphie, photographie, peinture (à l’huile, acrylique, nihonga, sumi-e, aquarelle), littérature, y compris la poésie (haïku, tanka, senryū), sculpture, entre autres.

Un volet particulièrement remarquable de l’événement est la présentation de 36 œuvres d’artistes parisiens aux approches stylistiques variées, parmi lesquelles 11 haïkus — de courts poèmes expressifs issus de la tradition japonaise.

Ces 36 œuvres seront également présentées au public à Tokyo en décembre 2025, dans le cadre d’un événement commun avec des artistes japonais.

En dépit de leurs origines culturelles diverses, tous les artistes partagent une même passion et une profonde joie dans la pratique de leur art de prédilection. Nul doute qu’ils sauront la transmettre aux nombreux visiteurs attendus à Paris pour ce moment d’exception.
